Dream: Rebuilding
I'm in some third world country. Could have been Iraq, but I don't want to make any assumptions. I'm helping them build a city. It's almost like I can wave my hands and buildings start rising out of nothing. The only problem is, they come up all zig-zagged. Like this:

It was like a combination of M.C. Escher and Dr. Seuss. Other than that, they were beautiful. I could see inside the windows and they had nicely furnished rooms.
Some guy who sounds like W.C. Fields walks up behind me and says, "You can't build a straight building without genocide."
I turn around and he's gone. I never got to even see his face. I still thought about what he said. In a typical example of my in-dream logic, I thought, "Of course. The Germans are perfect engineers. But wait. Nobody has taller and straighter sky scrapers than the U.S. <GASP> My God! What have we done?"
